      Please have your pharmacy submit an electronic prescription refill. Please note that Northwest Neurology requires 24 hours to complete a prescription refill request. Faxed requests can be sent to 847-882-6228. Please note that fax requests may take longer to process. Refill requests received on Friday may be processed on the following Monday.
